You may install and use imboss on devices you own or control. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of the third-party model providers and messaging platforms you connect.

imboss connects to third-party model providers and messaging platforms that you configure. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or data handling.
4. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Services. Because data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing it up.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orca Studio from claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
